I’LL
RACE U WAIVER
Prior to being allowed participation
in any of our play areas, party areas, or programs at I’LL
RACE U, a waiver will be required. We cannot allow any participation
without a signed waiver.
This is a legally binding agreement
1. I willingly agree to comply with the stated
and customary terms, rules, and
conditions for participation. I will observe any hazard during
my participation
and will immediately bring it to the attention of the nearest
employee. I also give permission for photographs
taken at I'LL RACE U to be used for publicity purposes.
2. There is a risk of injury from other participants,
employees, and the equipment.
While particular rules, equipment and personal discipline
reduces the risk of injury, the risk and possibility still
exists.
3. I knowingly and freely assume all such
risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence
of other participants and employees. I also assume full responsibility
for all participants listed below. Furthermore, I agree to
assume liability for all medical costs, attorney’s fees, and
all other damages resulting from injury to myself and the
other signed participants.
4. I acknowledge, understand, and agree that
though minimal, the risk of
Paralysis and possible death exist and the undersigned on
his or her own behalf and on behalf of his/her heirs, assigns,
executors, successors, and personal representatives and next
of kin hold harmless the full I’ll Race U staff, affiliates
officers, members, agents, and employees and other participants
with respect to any and all injury, disability, or loss or
damage to person or property incurred to the fullest extent
of the law.
5. I hereby certify that I and/or my child
are in good health and that I and/or my child have no physical
limitations which would preclude safe participation in the
I’LL RACE U program and facility. I further understand that
the terms of this agreement are legally binding and have agreed
to sign it according to the terms stated above.
