FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I INVITE TO MY PARTY?
a. As many as you like. However, please note that there will be an additional $10.00 per child charge after you exceed the guest limit of your party package.

2. WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO ARRIVE FOR MY PARTY?
a. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled time, due to check in time. You want to start the party in time to utilize the fullness of the playtime.

3. DOES EVERYONE HAVE TO FILL OUT A WAIVER?
a. Yes, every participant (adults and children) must fill out a waiver due to insurance purposes, (no waiver, no play). Extra waivers available on website or at location.

4. ARE PARENTS CONSIDERED AS GUESTS?
a. No, we only count children as “guests”. Parents are encouraged to interact with their children.

5. WILL CAKE BE PROVIDED?
a. No, but you are more than welcome to bring your own cake, we will provide you with serving utensils, plates, forks, napkins, cups, & other party favors will be optional (matches, candles).

6. WILL THERE BE AN EMPLOYEE TO ASSIST IN THE PLAY AREA & PARTY ROOM?
a. Yes, to host and clean up.

7. CAN I BRING TABLE DECORATIONS OR PAPER PRODUCTS?
a. Yes, ours are only generic. Please no wall decorations.

8. CAN I HAVE ALCOHOL FOR ADULTS?
a. No, this is strictly an alcohol-free environment.

9. DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU A FINAL GUEST COUNT?
a. No, an estimated amount is given at the time you book your party.

10. WHAT IF LESS KIDS THAN ANTICIPATED SHOW UP TO MY PARTY?
a. The party package will remain the same.

11. HOW LONG DO WE GET IN THE PLAY AREA?
a. 1hr.15 minutes total, 30 minutes of racing within that time.

12. ARE THERE ANY OTHER CHOICES FOR FOOD?
a. Our standard menu is pizza and drinks. We do not allow outside food or drinks (no ice chests). However, Cake, Ice Cream and Goodie Bags are permitted.

13. CAN I BOOK A LARGE PARTY USING BOTH PLAY AREAS?
a. Yes you may for an additional charge. Must call for details.

14. DO YOU PROVIDE CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING EVENTS?
a. Absolutely. The facility can be rented out for just about any event. Please call for quotes on corporate events, or any other event you would like to host to have fun.

15. CAN ANYONE RIDE THE KIDDIE CARS?
a. No, Maximum 65 pounds

16. CAN I HAVE A PINATA PARTY WITHOUT A PRIVATE PARTY?
a. No, piñatas are an added option to your private party.

17. WHY DO YOU REQUIRE A WAIVER OF LIABILITY?
a. We believe you should be informed that there are hazards associated with this type of play. Your signature acknowledges that you understand that accidents and injuries can happen and you accept the risk.

18. IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT ON INFLATABLES?
a. Yes, 250 pounds.
